SC-180 Series 180W UPS: A Multi-Purpose Power Supply—Two Functions in One Unit

Online Float Charging, Intelligent Management: Provides long-term online float charging for the battery with high charging efficiency; battery charge saturation can reach over 90%. Charging automatically stops when fully charged, effectively preventing overcharging and significantly extending battery life.

0 ms Seamless Automatic Switching: In the event of a mains power outage, the system instantly switches to battery power with zero switching time, ensuring that sensitive equipment such as surveillance and alarm systems remains uninterrupted.

Cold Start Function: When there is no mains power input, the UPS can be started directly using the battery to meet power demands during emergencies.

Low Battery Voltage Protection: Automatically cuts off output when battery voltage is too low to prevent damage from over-discharge (shutdown at 9.5–11 V for 12 V models; 20–22 V for 24 V models).

Reverse Battery Connection Protection: An internal fuse blows to effectively protect the mainboard from damage.

Overload/Overvoltage Protection: The UPS automatically recovers from overloads using a "stutter" mode and shuts off output in case of overvoltage, providing comprehensive protection for equipment safety.

Operating temperature range: -10°C to +60°C, suitable for a wide variety of installation environments. 

The SC-180 Series is a switching power supply that integrates UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) functionality. It automatically charges the backup battery while supplying normal power, and seamlessly switches to battery power within 0 ms in the event of a mains power outage, ensuring that connected devices never experience a power loss. The series offers two models:

SC-180-12: Main output 12V / 13.5A, charging output 13.8V / 1.5A

SC-180-24: Main output 12V / 13.5A, charging output 13.8V / 1.5A

The input voltage is switch-selectable between 90–132 VAC and 180–264 VAC, making it compatible with power grids worldwide. It also supports 237–370 VDC input.

Measuring just 199 × 98 × 38 mm with a net weight of 0.6 kg, its ultra-slim, flat design is ideal for installation in cabinets with limited space. With a maximum conversion efficiency of 83% and standby power consumption of <1 W, it is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

The product is CE and RoHS certified and comes with a 2-year warranty, making it an ideal backup power solution for security surveillance, access control systems, emergency lighting, and other applications.
